We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all of our customers and manage our schedule effectively, we have the following policy in place:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for a full refund within 24 hours of your initial reservation.

• Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled service.

• 50% Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total payment will be charged for any cancellations made after the initial 24-hour window, but at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• No Refund within 48 Hours: Bookings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service or event are non-refundable. A no-show by the client is also considered a cancellation within this window and is not eligible for a refund.

• Bad Weather: In the event of bad weather, we will proactively contact you to either reschedule your session for another date or move it to a suitable indoor location.

• Photographer Cancellation: In the event that the photographer cancels or does not show up for the booking, you will receive a full refund, which includes any payments made.

• Full gallery in 5–10 days

• Extra retouches (skin/stray hair/object removal): $15/photo

• Rush delivery (48 hours): $150
