To secure our services and reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer compensates us for our time and the lost opportunity to book other clients for that specific date.

• Retainer and Payment: The retainer fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it is earned upon receipt and guarantees our availability for your reserved date. A signed contract and retainer payment are required to confirm your booking.

• Free Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice): You can reschedule your booking once, at no additional charge, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before your original scheduled service time. A new date is subject to our availability.

• Rescheduling Fee (Under 48 Hours Notice): If you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a rescheduling fee of 25% of your total package price will be due at the time of the request. This fee covers the administrative time and costs associated with last-minute changes.

• Bad Weather: In the event of bad weather (defined as conditions that prevent safe or successful outdoor photography or videography), we will proactively contact you to either reschedule your session for another date or move it to a suitable indoor location. No rescheduling fee will apply for a weather-related move.

• No Show / Breach of Contract by Client: A client no-show is considered a breach of this agreement. The client's retainer and all other payments made are non-refundable. No refund will be issued if we have performed any retained work, and we are not obligated to complete the contract under these circumstances.

• Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your scheduled service for any reason, your non-refundable retainer will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

• Cancellation by appointed creator: In the rare event that the photographer must cancel or is a no-show for the scheduled shooting day, you will receive a full refund, or partial refund of your retainer.

• No Refunds for Performed Work: Once any photography, videography, consulting services have been performed—including but not limited to the session itself, editing, or initial image delivery—no refunds will be issued. Any termination of the contract by the client after work has begun will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in the forfeiture of all payments.
